We can share information, book recommendations, cooking ideas and recipes, questions and tips. Future programs could include guest speakers, such as nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, doctors, cooks, etc. Depending on our goals and needs, we can build a discussion group or series of programs and events which address topics particular to our interests.
